📋 Overview

EzyWarung is multi-role. Owners self-register a warung; staff are added & linked by the owner. Each role sees only its commands. Operational commands need an active subscription; management & billing are open.

🔐 Getting Access

Two ways in: own a warung → self-register. Work at a warung → the owner adds you as staff and links your Telegram ID.

Own a warung — self-register

Open the bot & register

Send /register Your Warung Name in a private chat. The bot creates your warung + owner account (pending) and gives you a code.

Activate with the code

Send /code YOURCODE. You get a 7-day free trial, then subscribe via /subscribe.

Work at a warung — staff linking

Get your Telegram ID

Send /userid to the bot. It replies with your numeric ID.

Owner adds & links you

Owner runs /adduser "Your Name" waiter then /linkuser {user_id} {your_telegram_id}. Role can be waiter, kitchen, cashier or owner.

Waiters & owners create orders with inline buttons — pick a table, then a category, then tap items. Notes & custom items supported. Requires an active subscription.

⚠ Adding the same item twice increments quantity instead of creating a duplicate. Use the 📝 Note button for "less spicy", "extra sauce", etc.

/pending /preparing /ready

Kitchen Workflow

Kitchen & owners see pending orders and move them through the status chain. When a waiter submits an order, kitchen gets a notification with Start Preparing / Mark Ready buttons.

Order Status Chain

pending → preparing → ready → served → completed
↳ any status → cancelled (via /updateorder <id> cancel)

Cashiers & owners view bills for ready/served orders and mark them paid. Paying an order completes it and frees the table.

Cashiers & owners manage the menu, categories, staff and tables. These management commands are open (no subscription required).
